Abstract
Garlic root rot caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cepae (FoCe). The diseases is epidemic planting garlic in Gondosuli, Tawangmangu. Efforts made in this research to improve the health of the soil is conducive land, by utilizing an antagonistic fungi of land conducive and suppressive itself. This research conducted in a conducive land, Gondosuli. The treatment in this  is the control (Gondosuli land), substitution of pancot land (suppressive soil), a consortium of antagonistic strong fungi, a consortium antagonistic weak fungi, a consortium of non antagonistic fungi , all fungi combinated, a consortium of beneficial microbiota (nitrogen fixing bacteria, phosphate solvent bacteria, and Fusarium-antagonistic bacteria other public and fungi), application of compost (a mixture of goat manure, grass and dolomite), and combination of the last two treatments. Result of this research show that a consortium of non antagonists fungi give better effect to improve the growth and yield of garlic, as well as controlling fusarium attacks compared with antagonistic fungi consortium. The treatment combination of beneficial microbiota consortium and the application of compost and dolomite showed the highest influence on the growth and yield of garlic compared to other treatments with a yield increase of 103.6 until 116.5%
